Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- Cinnamon : 2 teaspoon
- Roma tomatoes : 7
- Baby Carrots : 7
- Onion : 0.5
- Bay Leaf : 1
- Garlic : 4 cloves
- Cardamom : 2 (deseeded)
- Spice Powders : cumin, coriander, and chilly powder
Instructions
- Heat oil 1/2 Tbsp + butter 1/2 Tbsp in a pan
- Add 1 bay leaf, 2 cloves, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 cardamom, 1/2 onion sliced, 5 baby carrot
- Saute little bit (don’t let onions turn brown)
- Add 7 roma tomatoes sliced, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder and saute, 1/ tsp pepper
- Add 3 cups of water, coriander stems, and boil for 20 minutes.
- Decant the solids and let them cool. Then add the solids to mixer to make puree. Add back puree to stock and boil with little more pepper (1/2 tsp) and water (2 cups) and 1/2 tsp salt
- Finally filter contents through fine sieve and get the fine stock. Add little butter and drink
